Shipping & returns

At Ace K9 Doggy Deli, we want to make sure you and your dog are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is some information about our shipping and returns policy:

Shipping:

• Currently only available to UK residents.
• Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
• We use Royal Mail tracked service and aim to get your order to you within 3 -7 days.
• We require 1-2 working days to prepare your order. We post orders Monday to Friday.

• Parcels up to 2kg £2.85
• Parcels up to 5kg £5.95

Returns:

• Please check your goods on receipt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please contact us immediately either by email jo@ace-k9-menu.co.uk or by phone 07975566486.
• We do not cover the cost of return shipping but there will be no shipping charge for a replacement.
