Every online order is click & collect from the deli in The Atrium, Maylord Orchards, Hereford. There is no delivery at the moment.
How it works
- Add treats to your basket and check out. Choose Pay when you collect if you would rather pay in person.
- We pack your order and let you know by email or phone when it is ready.
- Collect it from the deli counter during opening hours.
When can I collect?
Any time we are open. Our hours are on the visit page and at the bottom of every page. If you need to collect outside these times, get in touch and we will try to help.
What should I bring?
Your order number, or the name the order is under. If someone else is collecting for you, let us know their name.
How long will you keep my order?
We will hold your order for 14 days. If you cannot make it in that time, let us know and we will keep it for longer or cancel it.
Do you deliver?
Not yet. If that changes, we will say so here first.
