Ordering and collecting

How does click & collect work?

Add treats to your basket, check out, and we will let you know when your order is packed. Then collect it from the deli counter during opening hours.

Do you deliver?

Not at the moment. All online orders are click & collect from the deli in Maylord Orchards.

How do I pay?

Choose Pay when you collect at checkout, then pay at the counter when you pick up your order.

Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?

Get in touch and we will sort it out. Our refund policy explains how returns work.

Choosing treats

What does chew strength mean?

It is our guide to how hard and long-lasting a treat is. Gentle treats are soft and good for training. Medium chews take a little work. Tough and extra tough chews, like hooves, horns and roots, are for dogs who like to chew for a long time.

Are your treats suitable for puppies?

Many are. Softer, gentle treats suit puppies best. If you are not sure, ask us at the counter.

Do I need to supervise my dog with chews?

Yes, always. Take a chew away once it is small enough to swallow whole, and make sure fresh water is available.
