Orders
When you place an order we send an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it is ready to collect. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you and refund you for that item.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. You can pay when you collect, or online if card payments are offered at checkout.
Collection
All online orders are click & collect from the deli. We hold orders for 14 days. After that we may cancel the order and refund any payment you made.
Our treats
Our treats are natural products, so size, shape and colour vary from piece to piece. Always supervise your dog with treats and chews, and make sure fresh water is available. If your dog has allergies or a health condition, check the ingredients and speak to your vet if you are unsure.
Returns and refunds
Our refund policy explains your rights if something is wrong or you change your mind. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
