This policy explains what personal information Ace K9 Doggy Deli collects through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
Ace K9 Doggy Deli, The Atrium, Maylord Orchards, Hereford HR1 2DT. We decide how your information is used, which makes us the controller of it. You can reach us at jo@ace-k9-menu.co.uk or on 07975 566486.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number, what you ordered and whether it has been paid for and collected.
- Messages and party enquiries: whatever you send us through the contact or party forms.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Technical information: the cookies the shop needs to work, and server logs our website host keeps to protect the site.
Why we use it
- To take, prepare and hand over your orders. This is necessary for our contract with you.
- To reply to your messages and keep the website secure. These are our legitimate interests.
- To tell you about birthday parties if you register interest. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as sales records for tax.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Messages are kept for up to a year. Party interest is kept until parties launch or you ask us to remove it.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the shop: our website host, our email provider and, if you pay by card online, our payment provider. Payment providers handle card details directly, so we never see your full card number. We never sell your information.
Cookies
We only use cookies the shop needs to work: remembering what is in your basket, keeping your checkout session and keeping you signed in. They include woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_ and, if you sign in, the standard WordPress login cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our visit page only loads from OpenStreetMap if you press Show map.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
